Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room in our four-bedroom flat for June - August (2 months, dates flexible). You'll be sharing with three other professionals, including a doctor and nurses, who are tidy and considerate of shared spaces.

The room comes furnished with a comfortable bed, ample closet space, a spacious desk, and a lovely balcony adorned with plants and herbs. Our flat has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob and washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet with a sink.

We're just a 5-minute stroll from Denmark Hill train station and a 10-minute walk to Loughborough station, providing easy access to central London within 20 minutes. The Northern and Victoria lines are reachable within a 20-minute walk, and there are great bus connections.

Within a short walk, you'll find the beautiful Ruskin Park and Burgess Park. Within the vicinity, you'll find cafes, a library, gyms, supermarkets like Lidl, Morrison, and Tesco.
