Required a flatmate for a furnished 2 BHK

Hey, this is Sayan. I work with KPMG UK, as a Consultant in Assurance. I have been in the UK for 1.5 years now.
My current flatmate is moving out, and going back to India, because he got a better opportunity.
The contract for this flat is up till 6th December 2024, post which we might extend, or might look for another flat together.
The flat is near Elephant & Castle station. It is around 10 mins from the station by Bus. There are 24 /7 buses (4-5 buses) from the station.
We have Oval station as well, which is around 15 mins from here. So very good connectivity from Central London. I mean, do check out the location - SE5
I don’t want to bore you guys with all the details, but I am fun. I am kind of a boring yet funny person. A bengali, so I cook quite well. Ummh, I drink as well, quite well.
