If you're based at King’s college hospital, or the Western education centre/Maurice Wohl/James Black research centre at king’s, this room is perfect!

I’ve been based at the hospital and Uni staying here for over a year and a quick commute has made life very easy.

The area has good connections up towards shoreditch, or Victoria and Clapham with the overground trains at Denmark hill, or a 10 minute walk to Loughborough junction which connects you north and south, including trains to blackfriars. There’s so many buses coming regularly too.

Nearby there are plenty of nice Cafe’s and restaurants, and good shop options including lidl a 5-10 minute walk away.

This bottom floor flat is a very calm and low maintenance house. Your housemates are one PhD student and 2 workers, all very friendly and chill. Without a living room any chatting happens in the kitchen or the pretty garden, and If you want you can keep mostly to yourself.

Everyone is tidy, and cleans up after they've used the kitchen/bathroom, so we’ll be looking for someone who also looks after the space 😊

Rent is £832 a month, and bills are ~£30-60 depending on the time of year. Council tax and wifi is included in rent. Furniture is optional and will be £150 extra as I've accumulated a good quality desk, bed and mattress.

You can also get a parking permit for the road.

Move in date is also slightly flexible, so please feel free to enquire.
