Beautiful double room available in Camberwell

Hello! We have a lovely double room for rent in a beautiful, large house, with a garden! Situated directly on a park, it’s a beautiful home and neighbourhood - our current housemate is only leaving as she’s moving in with her partner!

We are a 20 minute walk to Brixton, 8 minutes to Loughborough Junction and 13 minutes through the park to Denmark Hill station and Camberwell.

Bills come to ~ £100-150 including energy, water, TV license, Sky TV/Sky Broadband and council tax.

The room is available from the 1st of June, but there is flexibility on this up to mid-June. Looking to organise viewings over the next week or so.

About the room: based on the ground floor and has celling height build-in wardrobe and storage unit. The room has a beautiful celling height window to a little private outdoor area.

About us: we are three women aged 26-30, working in mental health and law. We all have demanding jobs and like to treat our home as a place to chill after a long day. We enjoy hanging out, but also respect each other’s space and like doing our own thing. It's not unusual for us to catch up together watching some trash tv or cooking nice dinners together now and then too :)

We are preferably looking for a 26 plus year old woman/nb/gnc/trans person who wants the same thing from a home, is happy to help out with cleaning and is up for watching shit/good stuff on Netflix.

New housemate must love cats as we have a big fluffy ginger cat named Ody living with us! We can't take any other pets.
