Enormous south-facing garden is great for BBQs.
The housemates are all lovely and include Spanish, French, German and English. A mix of boys and girls, gay and straight aged between 22 - 35. 7 in total including you!
We're all working professionals who enjoy a friendly, respectful and clean environment at home.
The area has plenty of shops and amenities - gym and high street within easy reach as well as Burgess Park with tennis courts.
Oval (northern line) is about a 10 minute walk. Plenty of bus routes into the city and west end are less than 5 minutes away.
Rent is excluding bills which come to around £70 a month and cover cleaner, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV and internet.
The tenancy is for 12 months, but shorter is negotiable.
