Double room for rent near Camberwell

We're looking for one lively male and one lively female housemate to join our lovely house in Camberwell, Southeast London as we've got a great double room up for grabs.

THE HOUSE

It's a clean, spacious 4 bedroom Victorian terrace house, with the luxury of a large laundry room

One ground floor room, two on the first floor and the fourth room on the top floor.

We have a large living room with comfy sofas, TV and projector for super sized film watching.

A big friendly kitchen with large dining table (sets 8 but unofficially has catered for 14#, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven etc.

The kitchen leads out through French doors to the good-sized garden which has outdoor seating.

There are 2 bathrooms with showers #one has a bath/shower#.

There is wireless internet throughout the house.

THE BEDROOMs

(£600 pcm) A ground floor double room between the kitchen and the living room. Furnished with double bed and shelves. One wall is wallpapered with a large map of London. Strong wifi coverage.

THE AREA

We're on a quiet road just off Camberwell New Road.

There are lots of lovely pubs and parks locally eg Myatts Field.

It is a 15 minute walk to Oval or 5 minutes on the bus. It's a 10 minute bus to Vauxhall taking you to the Victoria line. And only a 10 minute walk to the Overground at Denmark Hill. There's buses to almost anywhere from Camberwell Green which is less than 5 minutes walk.

THE PEOPLE

We are three professionals who work within London and are looking for very clean and confident housemate who will enjoy making this house their home.

Good food has a foothold in the kitchen and social dinners are a popular past time. We all come and go at our own times but make the most of socialising when possible. .

Music and movies both get their fair share and we would love to encourage you to bring your interests to the table.

Friends and family from out of town sometimes stay, so we are happy to welcome occasional visitors and weary travellers.
