We are looking for someone to share our lovely 2 double bedroom garden flat on historic Camberwell Grove. The flat has its own front door and has the feel of a family home. With a good size garden to the rear the flat is light and airy and a stone's throw from Denmark Hill or East Dulwich station and a short stroll to fashionable Bellenden road and Peckham Rye station. Loughborough Junction is also a short jaunt away, through the delightful Ruskin Park and the bus links are excellent.

The room for let is a double with a characterful fireplace. Next to the bedroom is a newly refurbished bathroom with a new shower, bath, loo and washbasin. The eat-in kitchen is a good size and well appointed with dishwasher, washer-dryer and a gas hob and oven. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning caffeine hit! The kitchen opens out on to the garden so in summer months breakfast outside is a must.

We are looking for an easy going flatmate who would like to share with a professional couple and their two and a half year old son. We would love to get to know our flatmate perhaps over a coffee or glass of wine but also understand how important one's own space and 'down time' can be after a busy day. We love our flat and want someone who will treat it with respect but also like their own home.
