Double room available in a newly refurbished 2 bedroom flat in Camberwell Grove. The flat has use of a good sized garden. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a living room. Happy to share with professional or student, I have just completed my degree at UCL.

The flat is well located for access to Camberwell School of Art, King's College London, Kings Hospital etc. Camberwell Church Street well within walking distance as well as a large Sainsbury's.

Good transport links into the City and west end with Denmark Hill station just a 7 minute walk away.

Some really good places to eat and drink in the area.

I'm a laid back tenant with no qualms if you want to have guests over, for example. I like to keeps things fairly tidy but other than that, I'm not that fussy!

The rent is £600 per calendar month or £750 if couple. Water and internet are included, gas and electricity are not. The landlord does ask that deposit and the first month's rent be paid upfront. Message me for more information or if you have any questions.
