Short Term - 1 BED in a lovely shared house

HI THERE!

I am Alice currently studying at the University in London, I would like to sublet my room from the first of April till the 10th of April (dates flexible) because I am going back to my country for easter break. I am looking for someone as soon as possible cause I have my flight on Wednesday and I would be able to have viewings just today and tomorrow.

Description of the house:
The flat is in Oval , in front to a park and very well connected , you can reach Victoria station in 15 minutes.
We live in a residential area but still you can walk to Camberwell and Peckham that are very alive places, with pubs, pars, supermarkets the library...

The room is comfy and very nice. It comes with a big desk with lamp, a wardrobe, a smaller wardrobe with drawers and mirror, a double bed included with clean sheets. You would be sharing with other 4 people all very nice and friendly, we often have a chat in the living room and hang out around the area together. ;)

The house in on 3 floors, in the first one there is a big kitchen with all necessary appliances: washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. In the living room there are two comfy couches and one table, the living room is also connected with a little balcony.

On the second floor there is the w. c which is separated from the bathroom (really useful). In the bathroom there is the shower and also a big space for toiletries and stuff, and a 2 mirrors.

On the third floor there are just my flatemates rooms. My room is the only one situated on the first floor, it has way more privacy and less disturbing noises then the others.

The room is 135 for the 10 days rent. Date and prices are flexible!

wifi and the rest of the bills are included.
