Double room to rent in Brixton/Camberwell!

The room

Sadly, I am moving out of my lovely room in Brixton/Camberwell as I am moving in to my own place. The room is available for just 2 months as my housemates have already agreed to rent the room to their friend but she can only move in in August and I am moving out in June. So they are looking for a fun, clean, and sociable person to take the room in the hopes that they will not only gain a housemate for two months but will also find someone they will still want to hang out with after August!!

The rent is £650 and the bills altogether are another £100. The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, curtains, and a bedside table - so everything you need! The flat has one bathroom and a shared living room with amazing sofas (perfect for people staying over/hangover Sundays).

The flat is situated between Camberwell Green and Brixton making it the perfect location for getting in and out of Central London. We are right next to Loughborough Junction station which has trains to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Kings Cross/St Pancreas, and Farringdon. Brixton Tube and Overground station is only a 20 minute walk (or a 10 minute walk and a 5 minute bus ride). The buses from Loughborough Road (10 minute walk on the way to Brixton station) also go in to Central (Oxford Circus in half an hour!) and the buses from Loughborough Junction station go to places such as Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Clapham, and Shoreditch. So transport is VERY easy. There is also free parking on our road if you have a car.

The housemates that you will be living with are Caroline (30, sales) and Evette (23, accounting). They are great fun to live with and I'm definitely going to miss them! They enjoy going out around London but also like our weekday TV marathons with wine. They are looking for someone who is equally as sociable, is clean and respectful of the house, and someone who wants to be a friend as well as a housemate. No students please.
