We're two friends looking for a third house mate to join us in the middle of September. The room is a nicely sized double, which overlooks the garden, and the house is very spacious with a large kitchen and living room/dining room.
We're both fairly quiet, but also sociable and looking for people who are fairly tidy and happy to spend some time getting to know us both.
Bills are around £350 between us all, and includes the price of a cleaner that currently comes every other week.
Couples are welcome, but we'd adjust the rent accordingly to £854. 17.
