Large double room - Nice flat next to Burgess park

Large double room in between Camberwell and Elephant and Castle. The bus stop is right outside the flat and theres about 10 busses to everywhere.

My flatmate moving out around October 21st and I'm looking for someone to take his room. On offer is a good sized double room with a double bed and wardrobe/drawers plus a little cupboard thing. (The photos make the room/wardrobe etc look smaller than they are!)

The rent is £600 a month (as of Oct 2015). The deposit is around £750 (I'm not sure of the exact ammount - this must be paid to the letting agency before moving in) The letting agency will require references.

The bills: Council tax is £47, the last gas bill was about £13ish each, Electric £15ish per month (we put £10 on the meter every 2 weeks) and internet just under £14 a month. I don't know what the water bill is, thats always a surprise.

The flat has a big long kitchen/living room with a lot of storage space! Theres a giant island table in the middle. The bathroom is modern and has a good shower.

I'm a relaxed person and I'm looking for someone similar. I'm a working professional and this isn't a party flat.
