Gorgeous double £600 short term July & August

Hiya

We are two girls living in a beautiful and spacious flat on the north end of Camberwell. Our flatmate is moving out at the end of June so the room will be available from the beginning of July.

I'm Clare 30 and share with Rach also 30, we both work 9-5 so are quite chilled during the week but tend to go out on the weekend. We are a happy house and cook for each other every now and again and like a good catch up /glass of wine in the evenings, and we lead quite busy lives.

The flat is a 10 min walk from Camberwell center, 15 mins walk from Elephant and Castle tube and Kennington tube stations (Northern and Bakerlook lines). We also have hundreds of buses which stop pretty much outside the house and can take you wherever you want. Just opposite is Burgess Park which is a a really nice park to chill in the summer. Camberwell is just next to Brixton and has lots of restaurants, pubs, flower shops and supermarkets.

The flat is super spacious and light, massive windows.. beautiful in Spring.. come and see it or give me a call! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a massive open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony. There is a locked, covered area to keep your bike too.

The room is £600 per month + around £50 bills.
