Double room for a couple! £750

Our flatmates are leaving London and are leaving this amazing room behind, so we need to find the perfect couple to occupy it!

If you are nice, sociable (normal-ish), want to live in a flat with loads of light, enjoy getting to know your flatmates and spending time together watching a film or getting a beer (but we also understand personal space and that's fine), and if you don't mind dogs (more on that below), we want you!

- THE ROOM:
We have a nice double room, IDEALLY FOR A COUPLE (due to a rent splitting situation, a couple would be ideal), that will be available from the 8th of June (although this is a bit flexible). It's bright, spacious, has plenty of storage, a desk and a very comfy bed.

- THE FLAT:
The flat is pretty big, with a large living room (complete with 42 inch flatscreen TV) and dining area with loads of natural light. The kitchen is decent too - fully equipped and, best of all, the fridge has unlimited ice cubes and crushed ice meaning that you can prepare mojitos whenever you get the urge. There are two patios - one front yard/garden which we use pretty often and a small backyard which we don't really use, but you are welcome to if you come up with something that we can use it for!
There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and a toilet and the other just has a shower.
If you have a car you can get a parking permit for anywhere within a km of the house for £10 a month.
If a couple moves in (which we are preferably looking for), the rent is £750 and then bills come to roughly £60 per person per month for everything (water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet) so in total it's £870 including bills for a couple.

- THE AREA AND NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The flat is in between Camberwell and Brixton. It's a quiet and peaceful area but really near to the vibrant centre of Brixton. Brixton Village is about a 12 minute walk, the tube station is about 15 minutes, we're 1 minute walk to buses (including night buses) that will take you to central London. Loughborough Junction overground station is 5 mins walk and Denmark Hill overground is 10 minutes.
There is a 24 hour off-licence 1 minute from the door, and there is a Coop and a Tesco 5 minutes away.

- THE PEOPLE YOU WILL LIVE WITH:
Celia: she is a manager at a restaurant in Central London. Often very busy but when she is free she loves to hang out, chill watching a movie, or go and explore some places she still hasn't been in London. From Barcelona.

Sarah Jane: American, but gradually learning English. Loves travelling, meeting new people, gin, running and her dog Abbey. Grade 8 Netflix addict, avid reader, Jamie Oliver wannabe.

Abbey: Sarah Jane's 5-year-old chocolate labrador. Loves frisbee, cuddles and food. Extremely good-natured. Avid walker - although no dog maintenance is required from you unless you want to, as Sarah Jane will take care of it all. Must obviously be open to having dogs around though. Extra note on that: we're not one of those irritating "OMG LOOK AT HOW CUTE OUR DOG IS" couples. She's great and we love her but we won't show you daily photo slideshows. Those people are annoying.

We're pretty easygoing people. We're clean, respectful, and like going out and doing things but are also very happy with Netflix and chill.
