SE5 household seeks sociable housemate

We've got a room to let in our crumbling Victorian house in SE5.

It has seen days both good and ill, featuring cooking from obscure recipes, obsessive screenings of BBC period dramas, filthy parties, and even a wedding.

The free room is a double bedroom at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It's £660pcm all bills incl.

We are 4 people (including a couple) who like to keep it pretty much as a family home. All of our things are everywhere and we very much share it all.

Our garden is large and fantastic for a BBQ and the occasional party. We live a 4-min walk from East Dulwich station (Zone 2) and about 15 mins to either Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye.

The bills cover everything including our lovely cleaner Dee who comes once a week.

The room will be available from 5 September (not long away now).

We've just been messed around by someone who said they wanted to room and who has left us high and dry with 5 days to go, so because of that, we'll probably ask for a holding deposit this time and will obviously give you a receipt for this.
