I have a lovely room with a new small double bed with a top range memory foam mattress to rent in my flat at the heart of Camberwell available from 7th August 2017. Kings College Hospital and Denmark Hill station are 7 minutes minutes walk from home.

There are various buses (436,36,185, N136) at the door step going towards Victoria Station.

From Denmark Hill Station you will reach the heart of the City in less than 12 minutes, also there is an overground services to Clapham Junction or Highbury and Islington.

At Camberwell Junction you are also able to catch buses number 12,40,171,148, connecting you with almost any part of London.

The room is double room full furnished With a built- in wardrobe, chest of draws, a desk to study and plenty storage .Internet. A moderm Kitchen with washing machine.

You will share the flat with me, I am a professional working local, looking for someone interesting in short leetings bewtween 3 to 6 months, very flexible renting per days, weekends or weeks.
Very quite neighbourhood. Security officer on site.

The room will cost per day £25, £140 per week, £600 per month. No. deposit .
