Hi, one of our current flatmate is moving out at the end of June and we are looking for a new person to replace her.

Matt and I are both professional who work 5 days a week. Matt is into gaming, enjoys going to gigs and playing music with his band and following various sports team. I'm also into gaming and enjoy cycling, climbing and playing tennis when the weather is nice. We both enjoy the occasional pint after work or on the weekends and being social. As we both sometimes work from home, we are very considerate about one another's space.

The flat is well located just off Camden road and has a private gated road, which makes it very safe and fairly quiet. We are only 10mins away from the centre of Camden. The flat has two bathrooms and one kitchen with a small dinning area. We like to keep the flat clean by taking turns to clean the flat every week. Bills are approximately 144 a month. You would be taking over the current flatmate's contract, which will end at the end of June.
