Large Double room in lovely house with garden

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Camden/King’s Cross. It’s a room on the ground floor of a stunning Victorian house, living with three other girls at kcl (studying international relations and classic).

The house is on a quiet residential street with usually little traffic. It is a perfect walk to a small park, St. Pancras Park, the canals, or an outdoor shopping and restaurant area called Coal Drop’s Yard. You can also walk towards the Camden market or a run from primrose hill. The outdoor patio is perfect for eating, studying or socializing outside under the sun and the private communal garden gives you space to take sun or host a picnic. There are neighborhood cats who are friendly but also won’t approach unless you call for them. You are also close to a Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi, M&S, Boots or Hollands & Berrets.

The landlord is respectful and responsive to any problems. The house includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and a separate dryer. The council tax band is F but as students we are exempted from the council tax. The room comes furnished with the bed, desk, wardrobe and built in shelves.

- rent: 1325£ a month w/o bills (bills are usually around £65)
- duration: one year from summer (flexible from July or August) 2024-2/7/2025

- 5-10 mins walk to St Pancras/King’s cross
- 10 minute walk from UCL central st. Martins
- 20-30 mind to ucl, lse, kcl

Since we are all international students, the rent is payed in installments and the last 9 months would be due before August 2nd. I have already have the rent payed until September but we can arrange that between us later on depending on when you enter.
