Cosy Double Room In Camden Newly Available

Hi there, we're Richard (🇵🇹), Jen (🇬🇧) and Marloe (🇳🇱).

We have one cosy double room coming available on the 22nd of May (£750 rent incl. council tax + bills ~ £75/Month). It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves.

The flat is about 5 minutes walk from Camden Town / Kentish Town / Camden Overground stations. There are lots of nice pubs / restaurants / bars as well as the famous market right in the heart of buzzing Camden. We also have a big Sainsbury’s and other supermarkets nearby.

It's a 20 minute walk to Primrose Hill or Hampstead Heath. We enjoy going to the parks with some drinks when the weather is nice. Hampstead Heath also has a Lido and ponds which are a really nice way to cool down in Summer.

In our humble opinion, this is a great flat and area to live in. Even without a living room we make it work by socialising in each others rooms from time to time, but we also totally respect each others privacy if you want some space. While this isn't a party flat, we do like being social and having chill vibes.

We're looking for another working professional who is reliable, easy-going, considerate and tidy and would be up for hanging out, whether that be watching some tv or popping down to the pub for the odd drink/yarn etc.

We work in the medical, hospitality and tech fields. In our spare time, we enjoy watching films, swimming, running, hanging out with friends and travelling (amongst other things).
