Huge penthouse on the river!

We have a double room available in our beautiful 4 bedroom penthouse on the river.

Our duplex apartment is just over 2000 square ft in a really impressive development which includes a gym, swimming pool and 24/7 porters.

The apartment is made up of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge open plan kitchen and lounge. We have a wrap around terrace which provides unobstructed views of the river Thames, Canary Wharf, and the City. Our home really is apartment goals! :)

We have the following room available from the 18th May:
Large double bedroom - £1,300 per month - furnished with great storage space (10 built in wardrobes!), a desk, and river views.

There are several ways to get into the city including bus routes, Jubilee line from Canada Water, and Overground from Rotherhithe. You can also take a 5 minute walk from the apartment and jump on a boat straight over to Canary Wharf - perfect for hungover brunches at Breakfast Club!

We’re a friendly bunch of young professionals with demanding jobs, but like to hang out when we can.
We're looking for a likeminded young professional to join the flat share.

Bills are around £150 per month. We also have a fortnightly cleaner which costs £17.50 each. The deposit is one month’s rent upfront.
