Lovely and cozy double room in Canada Water

Hi guys!
My name is Ersilia and I’m an Italian girl. My flatmate will leave our lovely flat in Canada Water at the end of June and I’m currently looking for a new flatmate who will be happy to take her place for the next 12 months.
Located in zone 2 - The flat is located only 5 minutes walking from Canada Water Station (Jubilee line + Overground).
Close to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Tesco.
The flat is very bright and cozy, with 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers, and a wardrobe.
I’m looking for a person, preferably a girl, who is clean and tidy and who is willing to share some time together and watching Netflix series in the evening.
The monthly rent is £950, plus bills (council tax, electricity, water, and WiFi).
As per the contract, the flat is only for working professionals and pets are not permitted.
