Two penthouse double rooms - Canada Water
Available from 1 August, this stunning flat is roughly 10 mins walk to Canada Water station, and 10 mins to a large Tesco. It has amazing floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. There’s a really cool wrap around balcony (5th floor so not too high). Surrey Keys boating lake and Russia Docks woodland are lovely places to walk. Ideally I’d like to find two housemates that are really kind and considerate, who will be great fun to live with. On the floor plan I’m in bedroom 1. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are available - both have space for desks.

For a bit of added context, you must be able to able to pass the landlord’s referencing checks. If you would like to move into the flat the landlord (L&Q) will require:
- Passport
- Share code (if applicable)
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (Utility bill, council tax bill, P60, NHS letter, Polling Card or HMRC Letter is accepted only – No other documents can be accepted)
- Last 3 months' bank statements where they can see your income, which matches payslips (6 months bank statements if self-employed)
- Last 3 months payslips (Employment contract if started a new job within the last month)

The incoming tenant will be subject to a satisfactory referencing check via FCC Paragon to determine the affordability to cover their part of the rent.
Once the above has been received, checked and approved by seniors, then the incoming tenant(s) will receive a web link via FCC Paragon to their email with a referencing application form to complete.
Ideally I’d like to find two housemates by the end of May to give time to pass through referencing and ensure everything runs smoothly. Thanks!
