The house is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a large Tesco supermarket and a good selection of other shops.

The house has a separate lounge & large kitchen, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-drier, gas central heating and a small rear garden. The washing machine and tumble drier are located in a separate utility room. A cleaner cleans the communal areas once a week.

The room is fitted out with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large smart TV There is a lock on the room for privacy.
