Spacious double - Canada Water / Rotherhithe

The room is spacious, has plenty of storage and bright. It has wooden flooring and comes with the bed, a bedside table, a five storey chest of drawers and a wardrobe with hanging space and several shelving units. Like the rest of the flat, it's furnished to a high standard as it was the landlord's previous residence.

The location is a stone's throw away from the Hilton River Ferry that'll take you to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes. It's 30 minutes into Central London or the City from Canada Water and/or Rotherhithe stations (Jubilee and London Overground). There are also buses that run to London Bridge and Borough, one of which is a 24hr night bus.

The flatmates are two male professionals working in Canary Wharf, one Welsh and one Mancunian. They love sports and movies but are happy to give up the remote if, like me, sports aren’t your thing. I’ve known them for around five years now and they’re top guys. If you’re wondering why I’m moving out, I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet residential block with garden space and a table outside. There are three double bedrooms with this room being the mid-sized double. The kitchen has an electric hob and dishwasher. The living-dining room is spacious with two sofas, a recliner, 6 person dining table, and wall-mounted HD TV. The bathroom is a fair size with a large bath and waterfall shower and modern fittings. There’s also a large entrance hall.
