Rent is £460/month including council tax, internet connection, excluding Gas/Electricity/Water, which will be between £50-60/month, plus £20/month for cleaner who visit the flat once a week. So, total will be between £530-£540/month. One month deposit is required to move in, minimum 6 months stay or longer.

No party people/couple please. Other flatmates are very frienly hard workers in their 20s who work in City/Westend.
