The lounge features two leather sofas and a flat screen TV. This room opens up into the garden which is a great space in the summer for relaxing outside. The garden also has its own shed and back gate that can allow you access into the park.

This dock cottage is located on the tranquil Russia Dock Road, where the house backs onto the ecological park. This makes it a very relaxing area to live but still very well located to central London. Just a minutes’ walk from the house and you can reach the 381 bus stop which can take you to London Bridge or Peckham. A further 5 minutes’ walk and you can reach the Hilton Hotel, where you can visit the gym or jump on the river taxi service to Canary Wharf. There are also many sporting opportunities in the area for example 5 a side football at the Mellish Sports Ground. The Surrey Docks farm that was featured in The Apprentice is also a short walk from the house. Surrey Quays shopping centre is also a short bus journey away and benefits from the large Tescos Extra that is open 24 hours. This means you will never run out of places to get food late at night!
