This is a private en suite room in a co-living space (also operates as a 4-star luxury hotel) and you don't share your place with anyone.

All bills are included including council tax, wifi, water, electricity, heating, etc.. Housekeeping cleans the studio every 2 weeks and change linens. All is included in the rent.

This is a rate which is no longer available publicly (currently advertising as £1,914).

All admin is handled by The ARK and the contract will be transferred to you once approved.
