Summer SUBLET - ensuite room in beautiful house

Hi!

As I'm leaving for holidays in June, from the 15th of June until the 21st of July my room will be available. I am subletting my ensuite double room in a lovely house located in Islington / Canonbury (right in front of the Canonbury overground station, and 10mn walk from Highbury & Islington underground).

Price would be 400 per week, both including charges (preferably would like to rent it for the entire time but open to discuss the dates!)

The neighborhood is very charming and calm, and the house is in a gated area and has a little garden, as well as a bike storage. The living room opens up to a nice garden 🪴

My room is located on the top floor of the house, with its own ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet (it would be emptied out for you). This room is perfect if you want to have your own privacy and independence while enjoying the other parts of the house, the best combo in my opinion!

The roommates are two very nice girls aged around 28-32 years old.

Preferably we are looking for a girl around our age, respectful of the common spaces as we are trying to keep it clean and enjoyable for everyone!
