Spacious studio in Chelsea

Hey guys,

I'll be away in New York from May to August, and I'm looking to sublet my studio flat in Chelsea during that time. I'm flexible on dates, but ideally, I'd like to rent it out for at least 3 months.
Rent + bills 2200 pounds a month.
The flat is situated in a portered building with access to a garden. It's a spacious, sunny studio with large windows overlooking the communal garden. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, lavazza coffee machine.
The location is convenient, just a 7-minute walk from South Kensington station and a 10-minute walk from Sloane Square. It's right next to Kings Road, and a large Waitrose supermarket is just a minute away.
