Situated in the heart of Chiswick, you can time your bus arrival from looking out the kitchen window. A 3 minute walk away from Stamford brook underground station. 5-8 minute walk to Turnham Green terrace. A perfect location to be in the heart of a buzzy vibrant community, full of pubs bars restaurants and anything you need on your doorstep.

As you enter the complex off the high street, it goes from busy London to a village-like neighbourhood. The flat is situated on the second floor in a small block with 5 other flats. Outside on the high road there are bus stops that take you directly to Hammersmith, Westfield, Oxford Circus and through London, the opposite direction taking you to Richmond and Twickenham. These busses come often and consistently and are a great way to nip around if you don’t have a car.

The flat will come fully furnished with all bills included (except council tax) to keep things simple!

The flat itself is 1 double bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished with all our belongings and decorated with our art, plants, and small details that make this flat a home!

1 double bed and 3 wardrobes, chest of drawers and a black out blind. In the living dining area, there is a 3 seater L shape sofa. A dining table which folds out for 4-6 people. Lamps, mirrors, cushions, throws, plants, incense, artwork all included, (no tv included)

Wifi, gas, water, electric and service charge bills all included. You will just need to cover council tax.

Bathtub and shower in a brand new fitted white marbled bathroom.

Kitchen is like a European 90s holiday home. with 2 utility cupboards with extra storage. Kitchen includes fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, breakfast stools, microwave, crockery, utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee, tea and other basics!

Chiswick high road is a long road full of anything and everything you could want / need.
From shops, homeware, vegan / non vegan cafes and restaurants, local pubs and bars, any kind of food your after, I’m sure you will find it in Chiswick!

The area is green and has a local sense of community. With Ravenscourt Park and Turnham Green both a 8-10 minute walk away, you can get your daily walks in while breathing fresh air asif you’re away from London.

A 10 minute walk away in the different direction is the gorgeous River. Lots of cobbled streets and gorgeous pubs, local delis selling fresh produce on the streets- definitely has that holiday feel to it!

Hammersmith is a 9 minute bus journey- with a local IKEA, primark, local theatre and underground stations that provide district, picadilly, circle and Hammersmith lines to get you anywhere in London.

As mentioned before, this is our cute home, so we are looking for respectful tenants to stay!
