Room in West London - Available from 25th May!
Hi All! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a mixed 6 bed house in Chiswick. The tenancy runs from 25th of May and is a 12 month fixed contract:
-Rent is £1005 + £29 cleaning fees pcm
-All bills included along with a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, property is managed by Built Asset Management
-One off council tax payment of £150 upon signing contract
-First and Last months rent are taken upfront
-Cost equivalent to 1 weeks rent to reserve for referencing

This is a good sized double room that comes furnished, the desk in the pictures will be left behind too. The property is 6 bedrooms, living with 2 girls and 3 guys in a very chill household. The room is on the ground floor and shares a toilet with one other tenant then the shower is on the second floor.

Flatmates are very chill and mostly keep to themselves but are happy to have a chat in the kitchen. Property is under 15 minute walk from both Turnham Green and Stamford Brook stations which are excellent for the District line. Its on a residential street that's just off the Chiswick high street which has honestly become one of my favourite places in London, a different market is on every Sunday about 5 min walk from the house!

I can be somewhat flexible on move in dates after the 25th of May but would hope to get someone in before the beginning of June. If you're interested feel free to drop me a message ❤
