1 Room available from 18th of May 10/15 minutes walk either way to both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common.

The current tenants are all professionals in their mid-twenties currently working in the fitness and hospitality industries. They're all incredibly lovely, social, tidy, and very, very laid back, respecting both peoples needs for privacy and alone time.

The house itself is a large Victorian home, with a large open plan living/dining area, as well as having a large kitchen with all conveniences, as well as having a garden! It has two bathrooms, both with toilets, one with a shower and one with a bath.

There's one room available:

The room is at the side of the house on the second floor. It has small amount of built in storage (a small bit of shelving in a build in wardrobe) but has enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, desk setup plus having space left over. It also has a garden facing window with nearly constant sun (when the UK allows it).

I'm also happy to part with the current wardrobe/cupboard in the room when I move out for cheaper than you'll grab one at Ikea.
