Double room flat in Battersea

We’re two female young professionals looking for a third flatmate to replace a friend of ours moving out in November. The flat is approx 15 min walk from Clapham Junction and 20 min walk from Clapham Common underground - situated above an off license but nicer inside! It has a modern kitchen and bathroom and the double bedroom comfortably fits a desk. Current flatmates are from Wales & Essex; would consider ourselves friendly and sociable, non-smokers but do drink, mostly tidy but not perfectly clean so do pay for a cleaner.
