Clapham Common sub-let. From JULY 1st 2024

I am moving out of my 12 month let early (July 1st, instead of September 30th)
Offering a 3 month sublet from July 1st

It's a very spacious double window room with a bed, mattress, sofa bed, table, 2 chests of draws, a wardrobe, a massive radiator and a bedside table.

Kitchen with dining table, 2 fridges and 1 bathroom.

3 other guys live in the flat. We don't hang out but do say hello in the kitchen etc, it's VERY easy going with having boyfriends/girlfriends over, friends stay over etc. But more a flat for an individual not someone looking for a group of friends to live with.

Bills are from £20 - £40 a month paid to the head tenant and he puts them on the meter.

Wifi and washing machine bills included.

10-12 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube station
4 minute walk to Wandsworth Road overground station
8 minute walk to Virgin Active Gym
20 minute walk to Battersea Power Station

£100 holding deposit, returned at the end of tenancy :)
