I am looking for another roommate as mine is moving to Australia. We’ve been in this beautiful new-build for nearly 3 years and have made it a very happy home. Our development has won multiple architectural awards and is complete with all the bells and whistles - underfloor heating, downstairs private courtyard and upstairs deck, triple A energy ratings, electric blinds, bike shed, walking distance from Clapham Common, Battersea Park and Clapham Junction.
I am a working professional in consulting and have a demanding job but balance this as a yogi with a love of nature, good vibes and life in general. I do work from home 2/3 days a week and I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work at home more than 1/2 days per week as our open plan living area also functions as our office space and I spend most of my day on calls.
Keeping my home in a clean and presentable state at all times is a non-negotiable.
The house is unfurnished so you will need to kit out your room but the rest of the house is pretty sorted.
There are two bathrooms - one ensuite which will become my room and another beautiful big bathroom which will be yours. This has direct access to the courtyard.
