My lovely housemate is moving back to Ireland so I have a bright and large en-suite room available! It comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as plenty of space for a desk.
The flat is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large open plan kitchen and living room - it’s got loads of natural light and a fully stocked kitchen (including embracing my love of the air fryer!)
The flat is in a very modern and secure building with a very friendly concierge! Parking is available in the building if needed.
It’s about a 4 minute walk from Clapham North station so very convenient for exploring London
About me:
I am a 29 year professional working in Medical Education. I’m on the office 3/4 times a week and have absolutely no preference on my future housemates working schedule!
The most important thing to me is finding a housemate who can become a friend! Absolutely want a house not a home, where we can enjoy a glass of wine, watch terrible TV, have the occasional dinner in together and enjoy some of Londons great pubs and restaurants!
