The household is fun and understanding of each others scheduled. Both are clean and maintain the apartment to the best of their ability.

The household is quiet during the week and on weekends. Both attending their own events, friends and hobbies with crossover. There is a great atmosphere in the property that they wish to continue of mutual respect and cleanliness. We have had household events including dinners, lunches and going out in clapham together.
