Hi…my name is Georgina and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share an amazing 2 bedroom flat in Clapham North.

About me:

I'm easy going, friendly, tidy, respectful of others space and like to have a laugh. I am very social and love life in London, but also happy cooking and having the odd glass (es!) of wine at home. I work a large toy and entertainment company so like many of us work long hours and travel frequently.

About the flat:

A really lovely place with 2 spacious bedrooms (sharing with just me…sorry no couples!) and a modern kitchen/living room/bathroom. The flat has the best storage I have ever found in London and I think it’s a gem! Each bedroom has one whole wall of hidden wardrobes and more space in the hallway. The bathroom has under floor heating (great for those winter mornings) and the kitchen is well kitted out with all the mod cons you would expect (dishwasher, washing machine, fully integrated fridge/freezer etc).

Clapham is a great place to live especially in the summer. Clapham High Street is a 5 minute walk away and that has every convenience you need. Stockwell (for the Victoria and Northern lines) and Clapham North (also Northern line) stations are both within 10 minutes walk. Wandsworth Road for the overland is 2 minutes walk with direct trains into London Bridge and Victoria.

Landlord is very reliable and this place is more than a flat...it's a home.
