The house is actually closer to Brixton (5 min walk) with great links on the Victoria Line, but also just a 7min walk to Clapham North and Clapham High Street.

There is 1 lovey double room available - it has wooden floorboards, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe and a feature fireplace. Rent is £800pcm (excl. bills) with 6 weeks deposit in advance. Bills are £150pcm each (it's a very large house!) which includes everything; gas, elec, water, council tax, telephone, broadband, Virgin Media, TV license and a cleaner that comes once a week.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, clean and tidy housemate to join us in this excellent house. There are 3 girls in the house plus two cats who are very well behaved and cuddly.
