I am looking for a professionals to join a friendly household!

This is a large, 3 storey house on Wakehurst Road , an excellent peaceful location between the commons. There are 4 bedrooms, but one is kept as a study.

The house has a very large open plan lounge and dining room leading to an outdoor South Facing garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer.

A large separate kitchen includes all mod cons and leaves plenty of space for all of the housemates to eat, socialise and watch TV and with 3 bathrooms including 2 showers and a very large bath.. this means aren't any queues in the morning. There is also Sky TV and Infinity Broadband

There are 2 double rooms. The large one is very light and airy with a south facing window overlooking the garden. There are 2 built in cupboards, chest of drawers and plenty of room for more furniture if you wish! There is also a massive 22 x 18 room with masses of storage and a great aspect.

The housemates are very laid back, fun and welcoming which creates a great atmosphere in the house with everyone doing their own thing but equally having a few house socials.

This room is suitable for someone who likes their own space but also enjoys some company at times.

The house is perfectly located between the commons . It is a one minute walk to Clapham Common, 3 minutes to the lovely bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise or the Northcote Road. Clapham Junction and Clapham South are both a very comfortable 8 minute walk

No couples or working from home individuals please. The bills are likely to total about £100 per month including Sky and Broadband.
