Double room available in fantastic location!

Hi there,

I am leaving this beautiful Victorian house in Clapham to move in with my boyfriend. I have been here nearly 3 years and absolutely love it! You would be living with two really lovely professionals. Holly works for GU (occasionally we get a fridge full of puddings!) and Matt who works in finance.

The location of the flat is fantastic, in between Clapham Junction (train and overground) and Clapham South (Northern line). The house is in a quiet residential street just off Northcote Road, where you can find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We have a super Spanish deli a stones throw from us, which sells delicious cakes and coffee.

In the room is a double bed, a wardrobe, some shelves and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared with Holly, as the third bedroom is ensuite. There is also a terrace for sunny afternoons!

I have been really happy here. It's warm, cosy and a real home!
