Double room in Clapham South

Spacious double room available in a 3 bedroom flat. I have had to move back to Ireland therefore room will become available in mid-November.

Flat is on second floor of Victorian style building. Room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. One bathroom and on shower room shared between three so no problems in the morning. Modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Large living room with Virgin tv and wi-fi. Small balcony and large communal garden at the back.

We're about 5min walks from Clapham South tube station and Clapham common and about 2mins from Abbeville road.

Current flat mates are Ian - a curator at the imperial war museum, and David - an I. T. Consultant for Asos. We spend time together in the evenings and weekends but respect one another's privacy also.

Bills are £78 per month incl. tv/wi-fi, water and council tax. Gas and electric paid quarterly and is usually around £70 for the quarter. Cleaner comes once a fortnight (£10 each) and place is kept tidy in between visits.
