We're very sad to be leaving this flat, but the lease ends on 30 September and we found another place earlier than expected.

The flat is located 200m from Stockwell tube station (Northern Line & Victoria Line). Sainsbury's Local, Costa, Lidl, and Iceland are all close. Clapham High Street and Brixton Village are within 15 minutes walk. Oxford Street and West End are 15 minutes by tube, and the City of London, London Bridge and Canary Wharf are all within a 30 minute commute. And, the 88 night bus and Santander bike rack are right outside.

THE FLAT: This very large, fully furnished basement flat has an enormous private garden, a huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and one bathroom.

THE ROOM: The available room is a very bright and large double room with two double built-in wardrobes, a double bed and a chest of draws.

Deposit = £0
Rent = £850 for the entire month (or £220 per week)
Bills = Broadband, gas, electricity, TV licence, Lambeth Council Tax, and Thames Water are all included in the rent.

Short term: We’re happy to consider short term lets at £220 per week (incl all bills) and M-F tenants.

The remaining two male housemates are relaxed and fun professionals working M-F jobs in London.
