We have found a perfect (large, extremely good value) house in Clapham/Battersea - it's only a 12 min walk from Clapham Jct and Clapham Common and we are looking for 2 people to share with us.

The terraced house has a lovely big lounge with plenty of sofa space, massive eat in kitchen with large dining table, patio from the kitchen, 4 good sized double rooms, bathroom and separate WC.

We are two friendly female professionals looking to make a home with another 2 people (we don't mind male or female). We are looking to create a sociable homely house. We enjoy eating out, drinks, exercising, going to gigs, festivals etc and would love to share the odd flatmate meal, have movie nights etc.

We know someone who used to live in the flat and bills were approx £60 therefore we expect the total price to be around £790 a month.

We want to progress to offer quickly (it's so lovely it will go fast) so please only get in touch if you are able to pay the following up front and are confident you will pass the credit check.
