The location is excellent being set back a few streets from Clapham High Street, only 3 minutes walk to Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street over ground.

The rent is £916 per month, plus bills around £100 per month. The room is available from 27 March 2015. There is a one off £150 admin fee to change the tenancy details.

Unfortunately, I'm heading back to Australia, so you'll be sharing the house with 3 lovely girls (2 x English, 1 x French) all in their mid to late 20s. This is a social house share where everyone's space is respected but we all enjoy the odd night out together or drinks at the house. Therefore, we are looking for someone like minded.
