Huge Double room for 6 MONTHS, Clapham South

Friendly house share looking for a short-term housemate who must be willing to sign up for a 6 month stay only as I am taking a sabbatical to travel and will be returning to the room afterwards. The room will be available from 14th April 2015 and must be vacated by 13th October 2015.

Bills are £90pcm which includes council tax, gas, electric, broadband, Sky (Sports & Movies), water rates, TV license and a weekly cleaner.

House is large with high ceilings, comfy and sociable living room, large kitchen with washing machine, 2 fridges, oven and personal cupboard space. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, which works quite well, I've never had to queue for the shower etc. Location is amazing, in close proximity to bars, restaurants, Clapham Common, large Tesco and 3-4 min walk from Clapham South tube station. We have a large back garden with gas BBQ and a ping pong table which is great for beer pong in the summer.

The room is enormous and has a large double bed with mattress, desk, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and shoe rack. Additionally I will be leaving an office chair, armchair and dumbells (up to 40kg) you'll be welcome to use these while I'm away.

We have a great mix of guys/girls and nationalities, unfortunately males only will be considered. We are a sociable house and the ideal housemate would be similar.
