Bright double room in spacious house w/ garden
SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM.
This is a bright double room with a wooden floor in a three bedroom house spread over two floors. The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac just 8 minutes walk away from Clapham Common. The house has a very homey feel and benefits from a dining area and large living room, as well as a massive private garden with patio and BBQ- as well as washing lines for drying your clothes in the fresh air!
The house is really well located for transport links. It's a ten minute walk to Clapham Common tube station and a five minute walk to Wandsworth Road overground station. It's also about a 15-20 minute walk or a short bus ride to Clapham Junction and there is easy access to Vauxhall station as well. Having said this, it's set away from the road so it's very quiet and relaxing. It's also walking distance to Battersea Park.
We are looking for a third female housemate who is considerate, nice, easy-going and interesting!
