Large double room in friendly flat

Hi, we're Holly and Lauren, our housemate Alex is moving out at the beginning of August to move closer to her work place, so we are looking for a guy or girl to fill her exceptionally large bedroom.

We are both friendly, tidy, easy-going girls. We love chilling out during the week - Watching TV and having a few drinks out or at home. On the weekends we are normally both out and about doing our own thing - mostly out drinking and/or exploring London! We both have our own social lives but would love to have someone join us who is equally chilled, enjoys the occasional garden party but who equally has their own life too. Holly is 29 and works in charity events and Lauren is 25 and works in social media for a jewellery brand.

The flat itself is really light and spacious and the available room is the largest in the house. and is around a 10min walk to Clapham North or 15mins to Brixton but there are buses from right outside the door with a regular service to Clapham Common, Brixton and Oxford Circus.

We have a weekly cleaner which is included in the rent, and all other bills come to around £86.
