Double in large 2 bed flat- Clapham South/Junction

Large spacious double room going in a top floor flat in a large house near the common. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Clapham South tube and a 15 minute walk to Clapham junction (great location!)

It’s a 2 bed and I’ve been living there for 4 years with my friend who now moving in with her boyfriend. I've had a very happy time here and so am staying on and looking for a new flatmate.
The flat has 2 good sized doubles, a very large lounge, good size kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet.

All in the rent is about £740 a month (depending on bills). The deposit is £650. Flat across the road are going for twice as much so it’s a great deal in a lovely house in amazing location!

A bit about me, I’m a 27 year old professional working in central London. My week nights are relatively quiet but like to go out now and again at the weekend. I’m friendly and sociable but have own group of friends too. I work quite long hours so I sometimes don’t get back til quite late. I’m looking for someone like minded who’s tidy and respectful. If you’re interested please give me a buzz. I’m hoping to arrange some viewings for this or next week. This would be to move in on the 1st November.

Please note: the room comes part furnished- with a bed and some shelves built into the walls. The wardrobe and chest of drawers will be moved out so please keep this in mind. Happy to do an ikea trip with you if needed :)

Also the flat is 1 of 2 in an open house- meaning that the flat shares a front door. We know the ground floor tenant well and in the 4 years I've lived here this has never proved a problem. The front door is always double locked and each bedroom door has its own lock so its very safe.

No smoking is allowed in the flat.
