We are Fiona and Yasmin, two girls in our twenties enjoying life in London. We’re looking for a similar person to join our lovely house in Stockwell.

A little bit about us: I (Fiona) work in the healthcare industry and love sailing, keeping active and cooking/baking. Yasmin has recently moved to the Big Smoke and works in a London University sports department, and as you might imagine loves netball, running, swimming and is keen to explore the city. We’re looking for a fun, friendly housemate (ideally female) to join our home.

A little bit about the room: The room is a furnished modest-sized double. It features a fully-mirrored wall, storage space and it’s south-facing overlooking a park, so it gets a lot of light. Our previous occupant loved living in this room for over three years but has started a new chapter, living with her boyfriend. The room is available now!

The house is literally on a park. Alfresco dining comes with the package. There’s lots of lovely tried-and-tested watering holes nearby (the Priory, Landor and Falcon to name but a few…) and the house is an amazing location. 7-minute walk (yes, we’ve timed it) to Stockwell tube station, perfect for the Northern and Victora lines. Clapham and Brixton are both a 15-minute walk away, too.

Other things about the house:
- Shared spaces: living room, bathroom, kitchen with patio doors and some outdoor space
- Landlord: friendly sisters who are quick to respond and fair with rent
- Other perks: resident parking permit available with free weekend parking, nice neighbours, Tesco & Gym right across the park
- The boring stuff: rent is £690/month plus bills (approx. £80-100/month)
